    Terms of Service

    Welcome to EZTipr ("EZTipr," "we," "our," or "us"). EZTipr is a DBA (doing business as) of Visionation, LLC, located at 7512 Dr Phillips Blvd, Suite 50-937, Orlando, FL 32819. By accessing or using https://eztipr.com (the "Site") and our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

    If you do not agree, do not use EZTipr.

    1. Description of Service

    EZTipr provides a platform that allows users to create personalized tip pages with links to third-party payment services (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and others).

    EZTipr does NOT process payments. We do not collect, hold, or transmit funds. All payments occur directly between users and third-party payment providers.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to use EZTipr. By using the platform, you represent that:

    • You are legally able to enter into this agreement
    • All information you provide is accurate

    3. User Accounts

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
    • All activity under your account
    • Providing accurate payment information and links

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Communications Consent

    By creating an EZTipr account and providing your email address and phone number, you agree to receive communications from us, including:

    • Account, security, and transactional notifications via email, SMS text message, and/or phone
    • Product updates and marketing messages about EZTipr features, promotions, and offers

    Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message, using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or contacting info@eztipr.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account or transactional communications. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use EZTipr for:

    • Illegal activities
    • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
    • Impersonation of others
    • Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
    • Sharing malicious or harmful links

    We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

    6. Payments & Fees

    EZTipr does not charge transaction fees on tips.

    Tips are sent directly from the tipper to the user via third-party platforms.

    EZTipr offers:

    • A Free plan
    • A Pro subscription ($0.99/month, subject to change)

    Subscription billing is handled via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

    7. Subscriptions

    • Pro subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled
    • You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard
    • No refunds are guaranteed for partial billing periods unless required by law

    8. Physical Products (QR Products)

    EZTipr offers physical QR code products for Pro subscribers. Available products include:

    • 5-Pack 2.25" Pin Buttons — $24.99
    • 3"×3" Die-Cut Sticker — $9.99
    • 6"×6" Die-Cut Sticker — $12.99
    • 3"×3" Die-Cut Magnet — $9.99

    A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders. By purchasing:

    • You agree to provide accurate shipping information
    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
    • EZTipr is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

    Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, and technology on EZTipr are owned by EZTipr. You may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

    10. Third-Party Services

    EZTipr integrates with third-party platforms (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for:

    • Their performance
    • Their fees
    • Any issues with payments

    Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    EZTipr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

    • Continuous availability
    • Error-free operation
    • That use will increase your tips or earnings

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZTipr shall not be liable for:

    • Lost income or tips
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Issues arising from third-party payment platforms

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZTipr from any claims arising from:

    • Your use of the platform
    • Your violation of these Terms

    14. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or misuse.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

    Billing Terms

    These Billing Terms govern your purchase and use of paid features ("Pro Subscription") on EZTipr. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

    1. Subscription Plans

    EZTipr offers the following subscription:

    Pro Plan — $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year (USD)

    The Pro Plan includes premium features such as:

    • Unlimited payment links
    • Custom themes
    • Profile photo and bio
    • Analytics dashboard
    • Removal of EZTipr branding
    • Access to physical QR product ordering (pins, stickers, magnets)
    • Priority support

    Pricing is subject to change with notice.

    2. Free Trial

    • New users may receive a 7-day free trial of the Pro Plan
    • No payment is required to start the trial
    • At the end of the trial, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe

    We reserve the right to modify or remove the trial offer at any time.

    3. Billing & Payment

    • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
    • Billing is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
    • By subscribing, you authorize EZTipr (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate billing information
    • Keeping your payment method up to date

    If payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend/downgrade your account to the Free plan.

    4. Automatic Renewal

    Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You will be charged on the same calendar day each billing cycle (or nearest applicable date). By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless canceled.

    5. Cancellation

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
    • You will retain access to Pro features until the billing period ends

    We do not require long-term contracts or commitments.

    6. Refund Policy (Subscriptions)

    All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

    • Partial billing periods
    • Unused time
    • Accidental purchases

    Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion or where required by law.

    7. Price Changes

    We may update subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes:

    • Existing users will be notified in advance
    • New pricing will apply at the next billing cycle

    Continued use of the Pro Plan after a price change constitutes acceptance.

    8. Downgrades & Plan Changes

    • You may downgrade from Pro to Free at any time by canceling your subscription
    • Changes will take effect at the end of the billing cycle
    • No partial refunds will be issued for downgrades

    9. Failed Payments

    If a payment attempt fails:

    • We may retry billing your payment method
    • Your account may be downgraded to the Free plan until payment is successful

    We are not responsible for any loss of features due to failed payments.

    10. Taxes

    Prices are listed in USD and may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes required by your jurisdiction.

    11. Third-Party Payment Processing

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe. EZTipr does not store your full payment details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and policies.
