3. Phone Number & SMS Communications

When you create an account, your phone number is required and is used for account notifications, transactional alerts (such as security and billing notices), and marketing communications about EZTipr.

By signing up and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages and/or voice calls from EZTipr, including messages sent using an automated system. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting info@eztipr.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect critical account, security, or transactional messages required to operate your account.

Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

EZTipr does NOT store or process payment credentials.

All payments occur directly through third-party services (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, etc.).
