    A

    Apple Pay copy-only mode
    EZTipr displays an Apple Pay tip address as copy-only (never as a clickable mailto), protecting the recipient's email from scraping.
    Audit log
    An immutable, time-stamped record of admin actions on an org (invites, promotions, deletions). Visible to all org admins.

    B

    Branded tip page
    A tip page styled with an organization's logo, colors, and theme so every employee shares one consistent customer experience.
    Bulk hardware order
    An org-level checkout that ships QR pins, magnets, stickers, or tip cards in one shipment with per-employee artwork and a 10% bulk discount.

    C

    Cash App $cashtag
    A unique Cash App username starting with '$'. EZTipr deep-links Cash App tips directly to a cashtag.
    Click tracking
    Pro analytics that record which payment method a visitor tapped on a tip page, broken down by date and method.
    Cryptocurrency tipping
    Accepting tips by displaying a wallet address (BTC, ETH, etc.) on a tip page. EZTipr supports copy-to-clipboard for any wallet.
    Custom theme
    A Pro feature that lets users override the 12 preset themes with their own colors, gradients, and dark/light mode preferences.

    Deep link
    A URL that opens directly inside a mobile app instead of a browser. EZTipr deep-links Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal natively on iOS and Android.

    E

    Effective Pro
    The consolidated check EZTipr uses to determine if a user has Pro features, accounting for active subscriptions, trials, and org-issued seats.

    Free plan
    EZTipr's free tier for individuals: one tip page, unlimited tips, 1 payment method, a printable QR code, and EZTipr branding on the page.

    G

    GHL (Go High Level)
    EZTipr syncs every signup, upgrade, and lifecycle event into Go High Level for CRM tagging and pipeline automation.

    L

    Linktree-for-tips
    An informal term for a link-in-bio page used specifically to collect tips. EZTipr is purpose-built for this use case.

    M

    Magic QR pin
    A wearable 2.25" QR pin (sold in 5-packs) that links to a specific employee's tip page. Ships with your next order.
    Multi-admin org
    An organization with more than one admin. Admins can be promoted, demoted, or removed, with every change recorded in the audit log.

    P

    Payment deep link
    A URL scheme that opens a specific tip flow inside a native payment app (e.g., cashapp://, venmo://).
    Pooled tips
    A tipping model where customers tip a shared bucket distributed later. EZTipr defaults to direct tipping, where customers tip an individual employee.
    Pro plan
    EZTipr's individual upgrade at $0.99/mo or $9.99/yr. Adds analytics, custom themes, unlimited payment methods, and removes branding.
    Profile ID
    EZTipr's public identifier for a tip page. Used in place of the user's internal auth ID to keep auth metadata private.

    QR tipping
    The practice of letting customers tip by scanning a QR code with their phone camera, opening a one-tap payment flow.

    R

    Referral (Tip Chain)
    EZTipr's referral program: invite a friend, both earn rewards when they hit usage thresholds.
    Reserved username
    A protected username (e.g., 'admin', 'login') that no user can claim. Enforced at signup.
    Row-Level Security (RLS)
    A Postgres feature EZTipr uses to enforce per-user data access on every database query, even for direct API calls.

    S

    Service-role key
    A privileged backend key used inside EZTipr edge functions for admin operations. Never exposed to the client.
    Stripe customer portal
    The Stripe-hosted billing page EZTipr opens for users to update cards, view invoices, or cancel subscriptions.

    T

    Tip Chain
    EZTipr's name for our referral program; see Referral.
    Tip page
    An EZTipr URL (eztipr.com/u/yourname) showing your avatar, bio, social links, and one-tap payment methods.
    Trial (7-day)
    EZTipr's free 7-day Pro trial. Activated automatically on new signups and tracked via a dedicated 'trial' status.

    Venmo deep link
    A URL using the venmo:// scheme that opens Venmo's pay flow directly with a recipient and amount prefilled.

    Z

    Zelle copy-only mode
    EZTipr displays Zelle tip targets (phone or email) as copy-only to protect contact info from scrapers.
